A system we first wrote for ourselves

We built it not in an office but in a working Lithuanian online shop – where orders, stock and invoices have to add up every day.

Our story

From a shop that was drowning in spreadsheets

How the system came about and why we now offer it to others.

  1. The problem

    A Lithuanian online shop was growing: its own website, Amazon, Pigu, Varle. With it grew the number of logins, stock spreadsheets and orders retyped by hand.

  2. The system

    Finding no suitable tool, we wrote the system ourselves – one place for products, orders, stock, shipping and invoices.

  3. AI

    The hardest work left was product descriptions: every marketplace wants its own fields and its own language. We first handed that work to AI in our own shop. We soon saw it cannot be trusted blindly – every draft needs approving. That is how the approval list came about.

  4. The product

    Once the system was saving us hours every day, we realized other sellers face the same problem. Now anyone can get a system of their own.

We did not make them up – day-to-day selling taught us them.

  • We build what we need ourselves

    Every feature exists because a real shop needed it. If it does not save time there, it is not in the system.

  • The system does the routine

    Software should look after stock, shipping labels, invoices and product descriptions – and you after your buyers.

  • In order from day one

    Lithuanian VAT invoices, OSS, credit notes and an activity history: what the law requires is already in the system.

We build and maintain the system in Lithuania, and serve sellers across the EU.
