How it works
Three steps, from connecting your channels to everyday work.
-
Connect where you sell
You connect your web shop, marketplaces and couriers yourself, and link the products you already sell to the products in the system.
-
Orders and stock in one place
Orders arrive in one list, stock updates by itself, and you create the shipping label and the invoice in the order window.
-
AI helps, you approve
AI writes and translates product descriptions, and automations prepare e-mails to buyers. Everything AI prepares waits for your approval.
Sound familiar?
The more channels, the more muddle
If you sell in more than one place, you will recognize at least one of these.

You sold the last one twice
Stock is written down in five places, so none of them is right. Forget to correct it on one marketplace and you are refunding a buyer – and the marketplace may penalize you as well.
Stock is the same everywhere and updates itself
-
Sunday evening goes on orders
You retype orders, copy addresses into courier websites and write invoices separately. You would rather spend that time selling.
Order, shipping label and invoice in one window
-
You describe the same product five times
Every marketplace wants its own category, its own required fields and its own language. Entering a new supplier delivery takes a week.
AI prepares the descriptions and channel cards, you approve them

Your accountant asks about OSS
Selling to other EU countries means OSS (the EU One-Stop Shop for VAT), credit notes and correct numbering. A mistake means explaining yourself to the tax authority.
The system issues invoices with the right VAT
Three things you get
Plenty of software handles orders. Here is what makes this one different.
Every channel in one place
Orders from every channel – in one list
Orders from your shop, Amazon, Allegro, the PHH marketplaces and Varle arrive in one list. You print the shipping label in the order window, and the system issues the invoice and sends it to the buyer by itself.
- Stock in your shop, on Allegro, the PHH marketplaces and Varle updates itself
- DPD, LP Express and SmartPost – parcel lockers included
- The system writes the tracking number onto the order itself
- VAT and OSS invoices, and credit notes with their own numbering

AI does the work, you approve it
AI prepares the texts and paperwork, you approve
AI writes product descriptions, translates them, fills in channel cards and suggests prices. Automations prepare invoices and e-mails to buyers. Until you press “Approve”, not a single draft goes to a marketplace.

Automations do the routine work
Automations take care of the daily work
You build a rule from blocks or start from a ready template. When an order is paid, the system issues the invoice, creates the shipping label and gives your team a task.
- Starts: a new or paid order, low stock, a parcel on its way to the buyer, or a set time
- Before you switch a rule on, you test it on your own orders
- An e-mail to a buyer goes out only after you approve it
- Still in beta: you switch it on yourself

Where it comes from
We built the system for our own shop
It is a Lithuanian online shop that sells both on its own website and on marketplaces. We added every feature when we needed it ourselves, often on a Friday evening. The same system still runs that shop today.
- We use every feature ourselves, every day
- We know the marketplaces' quirks from our own mistakes
- Every new feature is tried in our own shop first

You connect your channels
In the settings you connect your shop, marketplaces and couriers. You can import products from CSV, and an AI assistant can do the first import with you.

Frequently asked questions
Which sales channels do you support?
WooCommerce / WordPress, Shopify, Amazon in ten European marketplaces, Allegro (Poland), PHH Group's marketplaces (pigu.lt, 220.lv, kaup24.ee, hobbyhall.fi) and Varle.lt (Lithuania). Orders arrive from all of them. The system sends stock and product descriptions to your shop (WooCommerce or Shopify), Allegro, the PHH marketplaces and Varle, while from Amazon it only fetches orders for now.
Do I need a payment card?
No. The free trial lasts 14 days, and we do not ask for a card. We will tell you in advance before paid plans are switched on.
How quickly can I start?
Once you sign up, the system is ready within a few minutes. You connect channels and couriers yourself in the settings, whenever it suits you.
Is my data kept apart from other customers'?
Yes. You get a separate system with its own database, so your products, orders and buyers never mix with other customers' data.
Which couriers' shipping labels can I print?
DPD Lietuva, LP Express (Lithuanian Post's parcel service) and SmartPost, parcel lockers included. The system writes the tracking number onto the order itself.
