Describe a product once

You enter a product into one catalog, and the system sends it to your web shop, to Allegro (the Polish marketplace), to PHH Group's marketplaces (pigu.lt, 220.lv, kaup24.ee, hobbyhall.fi) and to Varle.lt. Orders from every channel, including Amazon in ten European marketplaces, arrive in one list.

Shipping

A shipping label in one click

DPD Lietuva, LP Express (Lithuanian Post's parcel service) and SmartPost are already connected, parcel lockers included. You pick the courier on the order, print the PDF, and the tracking number appears on the order straight away.

Invoices

The system issues your invoices

For every order the system prepares a PDF invoice with your logo, with correct Lithuanian VAT and OSS for sales to other EU countries. Credit notes get their own numbering. The invoice is sent to the buyer straight away.

Automations

Rules take care of the repetitive work

You build a rule from blocks: when an order is paid, the system issues the invoice, creates the shipping label and tells your team. You can start from a ready-made template, or the AI assistant prepares the rule from what you tell it.

  • A rule starts on a new or paid order, an issued invoice, low stock, a parcel on its way to the buyer, a channel error or a set time
  • Before you switch a rule on, it is tested on your own orders – nothing is sent
  • E-mail to a buyer first waits for your approval, and you see exactly the e-mail that will go out
  • E-mails are written with your templates, logo and colors
  • For now it is a beta that you switch on yourself

    On the PHH marketplaces we watch the Buy Box and prepare price suggestions by your rules. A price only changes when you approve it.

  • Activity history

    Every action that changes data is recorded, so you see who changed what and when. Passwords and access keys never enter the history.

  • REST API

    Connect the system to your warehouse software or reports through the REST API (v1) with access keys.

AI

AI does the work, you approve it

AI writes product descriptions, translates them, fills in channel cards and suggests prices. Until you press Approve, not a single draft goes to a marketplace.
